We are Mathias & Chrissi, the parents of Maje. We founded MightyMaje in the summer of 2020 with the goal of supporting the research and healing of LMNA-related muscle diseases.
Research on muscle diseases is rare and public interest is limited, so it is a great fortune for us that Maje is part of a research project at the Max Delbrück Center in Berlin, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Spuler, since February 2020.
The team is trying to get government grants for the project, but public research funds are highly competitive. Our goal is to support the research project financially until it can stand on its own feet.

If you would like to help, support us with a donation or collect donations for Maje and other affected children at a next opportunity (birthday, flea market, family celebration…). Every Euro helps and flows directly and exclusively into research.
